Accessibility Statement

Last updated August 2, 2026

Legal Eye Expert is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology. This is a particular priority for a website about vision.

Standard

This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

Measures taken

  • Semantic HTML with proper landmark regions and heading hierarchy on every page
  • A skip-to-content link at the start of each page
  • Full keyboard accessibility, including navigation menus and accordions
  • Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
  • Color contrast meeting or exceeding WCAG AA ratios for body and heading text
  • Descriptive alternative text on informative images
  • Form labels associated with every field, required-field indication that does not rely on color alone, and an error summary that receives focus
  • Support for reduced-motion preferences
  • Responsive layout that reflows without horizontal scrolling at 320 pixels width
  • Text that can be resized without loss of content or function
  • No text embedded in images where avoidable

Known limitations

The verification challenge used to protect the inquiry form is provided by a third party. It offers an accessible alternative mode, but its behavior is outside this office's direct control. If the verification prevents you from submitting an inquiry, please telephone the office at 909-981-9800 and your inquiry will be taken by telephone.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this website, please report it by telephone at 909-981-9800 or by mail at 1298 W. 7th Street, Upland, California 91786. Reports are reviewed and addressed as promptly as practicable, and an alternative means of obtaining the information will be offered.

Assessment approach

Accessibility has been evaluated through self-assessment during development, including keyboard-only navigation testing, programmatic contrast measurement of every text and background pairing, and structural validation of headings, landmarks and form labels. Formal third-party evaluation has not been performed, and this statement will be updated if it is.
